    The Public Complaints Fee (PCC) in Kano State mentioned on Thursday that it resolved 767 of the 4,652 complaints it acquired between June and October as a part of efforts to strengthen administrative justice and accountability within the state.

    Kano State Commissioner of the PCC, Ibrahim Zakari-Sarina, disclosed this whereas briefing journalists in Kano throughout actions marking the fiftieth anniversary of the fee, established in 1975 as Nigeria’s foremost ombudsman.

    Zakari-Sarina mentioned the resolved instances have been settled by way of investigation, mediation, and administrative intervention. The complaints ranged from denial of entitlements, wrongful termination, and abuse of energy to non-payment of salaries, land disputes, unfair utility billing, and administrative negligence.
