A tragic street accident alongside Potiskum–Fika Highway, round Maiduwa Junction in Yobe State, has reportedly claimed six lives and eight others sustained varied levels of accidents.
This tragic accident was confirmed by the Yobe State Police Command on Saturday in a press release issued by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Dungus Abdulkarim.
In response to the assertion, preliminary investigation revealed {that a} Sharon automobile with registration quantity PKM 549 YZ, pushed by one Adamu Hassan, was conveying passengers from Potiskum to Bajoga, Funakaye Native Authorities Space of Gombe State, when the motive force misplaced management of the automobile, ensuing within the crash.
