    Kano Police Applaud YOSPIS Director Zainab Nasir for Selling Police-Public Relations

    The Kano State Police Command has lauded the Government Director of the Youth Society for the Prevention of Infectious Ailments and Social Vices (YOSPIS), Zainab Nasir Ahmad, for her contributions in direction of strengthening the connection between the police and the general public.

    This was contained in a press release issued in Kano by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa.

    Kiyawa described Ahmad’s efforts as instrumental in selling mutual belief, understanding, and collaboration between legislation enforcement companies and the communities they serve.

    In keeping with him, the YOSPIS Director has been actively concerned in supporting police coaching classes and group engagement programmes aimed toward enhancing professionalism and empathy amongst officers.

    “Her invaluable contributions to police coaching and group improvement have been exemplary and actually deserving of recognition. She has constantly demonstrated a powerful dedication to public service and peacebuilding,” Kiyawa stated.

    He prayed for divine steering and blessings upon her as she continues to contribute to nationwide improvement.

    In her response, Ahmad expressed appreciation to the Command for the popularity, describing it as a motivation to do extra in selling peace and understanding.

    “This recognition is a name to do extra. Constructing belief between the Police and the individuals stays important for peace and social progress. YOSPIS will proceed to collaborate with the Police and different stakeholders to advertise security, good governance, and youth empowerment,” she stated.
