    Socio-Financial Rights and Accountability Venture (SERAP) has urged President Bola Tinubu to rethink his appointment of not less than three alleged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) of the Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC).
