Two officers of the Nigeria Immigration Service have been shot on Friday evening within the Sabon Iddo space of Abuja by a person recognized as Pastor Darlington, who reportedly mistook them for armed robbers.
In keeping with counter-insurgency analyst Zagazola Makama, police sources mentioned the incident occurred round 10:00 p.m. whereas the officers, Oyomide Zion and Hakeem Mashood, have been on routine patrol.
The suspect, Pastor Darlington, fled the scene and is at present at giant.

The injured officers have been taken to the Nigerian Air Pressure Base Hospital in Abuja.
