    Obi Condemns Killing Of 30 Civilians In Imo

    Following the killings of no fewer than 30 civilians in Imo State by unknown gunmen, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) and former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, has strongly condemned the assault.

    Talking in a strongly worded assertion issued by way of his verified X deal with on Saturday, Obi criticised the federal government for failing to guard lives and for failing to handle rising insecurity, saying it has allowed violence to fester unchecked.

    Calling the assault a barbaric escalation of Nigeria’s safety disaster, the financial knowledgeable expressed his outrage and sorrow.
