    Gunmen Kidnap Catholic Priest In Imo

    Some unknown Gunmen have reportedly kidnapped a Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. John Ubaechu, in Ejemekwuru, Oguta Native Authorities Space of Imo State.

    The event was contained in a press assertion issued by the Owerri Catholic Archdiocese Chancellor and Secretary, Rev. Fr. Patrick Mbarah.

    Based on the assertion obtained by Ubaechu, the Parish Priest of Holy Household Catholic Church, Izombe, was kidnapped on Sunday whereas on his strategy to the Clergymen’ annual retreat.

    The Chancellor stated the incident occurred alongside the Ejemekwuru highway in Oguta and referred to as for prayers for the protected launch of Rev Fr John Ubaechu.

    “We commend our brother, Rev Fr John Ubaechu to the highly effective intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary Mom of Clergymen, for his speedy launch from the arms of his abductors.”
