The Edo State Police Command stated it has deployed tactical groups and the Police Cell Power to rescue the Onogie of Udo, in Igueben Native Authorities Space of Edo State, HRH Friday Ehizojie, who was kidnapped alongside 4 others in Igueben.
The Commissioner of Police in control of the Command, Betty Enekpen Isokpan Otimenyin, disclosed this to newsmen in Benin Metropolis on Monday whereas confirming the kidnapping of the victims.
The assertion signed by Moses Yamu, the Command’s picture maker, stated the deployment was to make sure that the victims had been rescued and the culprits arrested.
