A former Commissioner for Rural and Group Growth in Kano State, Abbas Sani Abbas, has formally left the ruling New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and joined the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mr. Abbas, who was lately dismissed alongside 5 different commissioners by Governor Abba Yusuf, was welcomed into the APC by the Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin.
