Kano-based journalist Ibrahim Ishaq Danuwa Rano has misplaced his mom, Hajiya Rahama Mai Kasuwa Muhammad, popularly often called Baba Tani.
She handed away on the age of 78 on Saturday at Rano Normal Hospital following a short sickness.
Hajiya Rahama is survived by 9 youngsters and a number of other grandchildren. Amongst her youngsters are Ibrahim Ishaq Danuwa Rano, a journalist, and Comrade Aliyu Muhammad Mai Kasuwa Rano, a former Senior Particular Assistant to the previous Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
The burial was carried out in accordance with Islamic rites.
Pals and colleagues have prolonged their condolences to the bereaved household.
