As a part of efforts to create work amongst youths with a view to stopping crime within the society, the Adire Producers Sector in Itire- Ikate Native Council Growth Space of Lagos State yesterday graduated 40 members of the group.
The ceremony, which was the third version is a part of the programmes designed by the management of the affiliation to provide again to the society.
The programme, held at ItireIkate Native Council Growth Space, Secretariat, had in attendance, distinguished dignitaries, together with the manager Chairman of the LCDA, Hon Dr. Ahmed Apatira, the Director Basic, Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilization, Hon. Aisha Adamu Augie, President, Nationwide Union of Textile Garment Tailoring Staff of Nigeria (NUTGTWN), Comrade Peter Godonu amongst others.
Talking on the occasion, Hon. Apatira, applauded the efforts of the management of the Itire-Ikate Adire Producers Affiliation within the Native Council Growth Space He famous that his administration will proceed to supply assist that’s wanted in creating employment alternatives for the youths of the group.
