The opposition Individuals’s Democratic Party (PDP) has introduced the expulsion of the member representing Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency of Imo State and spokesman of the Coalition of United Political Events, Ikenga Ugochinyere.
The opposition celebration made this recognized in a press assertion issued on Friday by the Publicity Secretary of the Imo State chapter of the PDP, Lancelot Obiak.
Asserting the event, the Party mentioned Ugochinyere was expelled with instant impact over gross indiscipline, insubordination, and anti-party actions.
In accordance with the assertion he was expelled by the chief of the PDP in Ideato LGA in a letter dated December 5, 2024, and signed by the LGA Chairman, ThankGod Okeke, and the Secretary, Onyebuchi Umeh, respectively.

The assertion added that he was discovered responsible of constantly making derogatory and provocative public statements towards the celebration and a few of its nationwide leaders, an motion that introduced the celebration to public ridicule.
