The Individuals’s Democratic Party (PDP), on Friday, declared the seat of the daughter of former Delta State Governor, James Ibori, Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu representing Ethiope East/Ethiope West Federal Constituency vacant following her defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
