Unknown gunmen have returned to Umuchima vil – lage in Isiala Ngwa North LGA of Abia State and killed a male indigene of the group who was alleged to have supplied data to the Military about their presence locally.
The Nigerian Military had on Tuesday, introduced that the troops of Joint Job Power, South East Operation, codenamed Operation Udo Ka destroyed a camp in Umuchima.
Following the killing of the alleged informant, some natives of the affected village fled their properties in concern and relocated to close by villages, promising to return as quickly because the mud settles.
The fleeing villagers who picked a couple of of their essential property, stated they didn’t wish to grow to be victims of circumstances.
