The Lagos State Authorities has introduced visitors diversion on Marine Bridge for restore work lasting from December 4 to February 25, 2025.
The Commissioner for Transportation, Mr Oluwaseun Osiyemi, disclosed this in an announcement yesterday in Lagos. Osiyemi mentioned that in the course of the restore works, motorists have been enjoined to make use of different routes.
“Motorists from Apapa inward Lagos Island are suggested to undergo Costain roundabout to hyperlink Eko Bridge and join Lagos Island for his or her desired locations.
“Alternatively, from Apapa, motorists might hyperlink Ijora 7up by Marine Bridge to entry the ramp to attach Ijora Causeway Entry Highway by Ijora Oloye to Ijora Causeway to hyperlink Eko Bridge and join Lagos Island for his or her desired locations.
“Motorists from Apapa inward Ijora Causeway/Iddo are suggested to hyperlink Costain Roundabout to entry Eko Bridge and join Ijora Causeway to entry the ramp by the U-turn on to hyperlink Iddo for his or her desired locations.
“Alternatively, from Apapa, motorists may also hyperlink Ijora 7up by Marine Bridge to entry the ramp to hyperlink Ijora Causeway Entry Highway by Ijora Oloye to attach Ijora Causeway to Iddo for his or her desired locations,” he mentioned.
He mentioned that for this era, motorists on the opposite aspect from Costain roundabout would have by visitors inbound Apapa.
