The Minister of State for Schooling, Suwaiba Ahmad, says schooling stays the inspiration of each thriving society.
The minister made this assertion on Thursday on the second Nationwide Schooling Awards Programme, organized to honor the general finest college students within the 2023 West African Senior School Certificates Examination (WASSCE) and the Nationwide Examination Council (NECO) Senior Secondary Certificates Examination (SSCE) in Abuja.
In keeping with the minister, schooling empowers people to unlock their potential for self-actualization and fosters sustainable progress.
The chairman of the NEAP planning committee, Anselm Ijebor, mentioned no authorities might drive its schooling sector alone with out partnering with stakeholders within the area.
He defined that NEAP goals to establish sensible college students with excessive tutorial achievements on the Senior Secondary School Examination stage for instant scholarships.
Orevaoghene Whiskey, a graduating pupil of Topfaith Worldwide Secondary School, Mkpatak Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom, obtained a money prize of N500,000 as the general finest pupil within the 2023 WASSCE.
Chima Christian Okafor, who graduated from St. Paul Academy, Jos, was awarded N300,000 because the second-best pupil within the 2023 WASSCE and an extra N500,000 as the general finest pupil within the 2023 NECO SSCE.
Ifebube Benson, a graduate of Renaissance Backyard Secondary School, In the past, Lagos, emerged because the second-best pupil within the 2023 NECO SSCE and obtained a money prize of N300,000.
Owuye Faheezah Oluwakemi, a graduate of Maryland Complete Secondary School, Lagos, was acknowledged as the general finest pupil within the 2023 Fundamental Schooling Certificates Examination (BECE) and was awarded a money prize of N300,000.
Jegede Oshotame Gabriella, a pupil of Igbinedion Junior Secondary School, Benin Metropolis, was named the second-best total pupil within the 2023 BECE and obtained N200,000.
