A Federal Excessive Courtroom sitting in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital, has affirmed the suspension of Chief Ali Odefa because the Nationwide Vice Chairman of the Individuals’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Odefa was suspended from the celebration on October 4, 2024, by the Government committee of the celebration at his Oguduokwor Ward in Onicha Native Authorities Space of Ebonyi State for alleged anti-party actions.
Delivering judgment on the matter in go well with No FHC/AI/CS/182/2024 between Herbert Ovuta and Odefa, the presiding Decide, Justice Hilary Oshomah upheld the suspension.
The courtroom ordered Odefa to cease parading himself because the Nationwide Vice Chairman of the celebration.
It dominated that he was validly suspended from the celebration.
