The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed speculations concerning the 2027 governorship race as untimely and irrelevant to the celebration’s present agenda.
This follows rumours suggesting potential governorship aspirations by Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, and Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Lagos State Home of Meeting.
Seye Oladejo, APC State Publicity Secretary, emphasised that the celebration stays targeted on delivering efficient governance and making ready for the 2025 congress and Native Authorities elections.

He dismissed allegations of inside rivalry as baseless and attributed the rumours to makes an attempt by opposition parts to create division inside the APC.
Reacting to the claims, Philip Aivoji, Lagos PDP Chairman, denied any involvement by his celebration in spreading speculations.
He labelled the experiences as unfounded and unconnected to the PDP.
Oladejo reaffirmed the APC’s dedication to unity and governance.
He urged celebration members to prioritize collective success over distractions from unverified narratives.
