    ICPC commences monitoring of over N10 billion constituency initiatives in Osun

    The Unbiased Corrupt Practices and Different Associated Offences Fee (ICPC) has launched the monitoring of over N10.47 billion constituency initiatives executed by federal lawmakers in Osun State.

    This initiative goals to advertise transparency and accountability in public challenge implementation.

    The top of the ICPC staff, Mrs. Mary Oke, made this announcement on Saturday in the course of the inspection of constituency initiatives in Osogbo, Ilobu, Kuta, and Ede.

    She acknowledged that the monitoring types a part of the fee’s mandate to make sure the even handed use of public assets for delivering high quality infrastructure and companies to residents.

    “Now we have commenced section seven of the constituency and govt initiatives monitoring train in Osun. ICPC can be monitoring initiatives valued at N10,470,872,906.60 in Osun State. 

    “The monitoring is to make sure that government-funded initiatives present worth for cash and are executed in response to specs,” she stated. 

    The train will assess the standing of varied government-funded initiatives, guaranteeing they’re executed in response to specs and ship worth for cash.

    Oke emphasised the significance of collaboration with group leaders and civil society organizations within the monitoring train. She stated that stakeholders can assist this initiative by offering the fee with helpful data to help in reaching its goals.
