The Abia State Police Command yesterday confirmed the homicide of Insp Bala Mohammed by but unknown assailants in Umuahia city. The state Police Command’s PPRO, ASP Maureen Chinaka, disclosed this in an announcement yesterday.
Chinaka stated that Insp Dunna Jatau, who was additionally within the police automobile, escaped with the driving force of the automobile throughout the assault.
