The Rivers State Police Command on Sunday disclosed that its operatives killed a suspected kidnapper and cultist, recognized as Gbarani Bume, within the Luawii Group of the Khana Native Authorities Space of the state.
The spokesperson for the State Police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko made this disclosure in an announcement made obtainable to New Telegraph in Port-Harcourt.
