At the very least 13 individuals have been killed after a mining website collapsed in Kisalau Village of Bassa Native Authorities Space of Plateau State.
Chairman of Bassa LGA, Hon. Joshua Riti, who confirmed the incident to New Telegraph yesterday morning in Jos, described the incident as unhappy and a terrific loss to the group.
